  Is the item you received not what you expected? Did it not fit as well as you hoped in your space or match your décor? Whatever the reason, you won't be stuck with an item you cannot use or that you do not want. We are proud to offer one of the best return policies in the online business. You may return your purchase for any reason within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual inbound & outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. In addition most of our items carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Only items that have been purchased from this website can be returned according to the following policy

- You may return it for a return of the item price (not including shipping).
- Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs & restocking fees. Furniture items have a 20% restocking fee.
- All returns must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date.
- All other returns will be sent back to the customer.
- Item(s) must be in unused condition.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and must be unassembled. (Once an item has been assembled, it cannot be returned.)
- Special orders, where custom colors or fabrics are selected, cannot be returned and are not refundable.
- All returns MUST be in saleable condition and include its original packaging with tags attached. Merchandise without original packaging cannot be returned.
- Invoice # and Billing Name must appear on the Return/Exchange Form.
- If you no longer have a copy of your invoice or Return/Exchange Form and wish to obtain one, please request one by emailing:
- We are sorry but when exchanging items, credit can only be used per invoice amount, not combined with multiple returns.

Return Instructions
  • We will not accept any returns without an RA# (Return Authorization number)
  • Call our return department at 877-327-0056 or email to obtain a Return Authorization number.
  • Fill out the Return/Exchange Form.
  • Write the RA# outside of the box.
  • In a sealed insured package, mail your package to Home Cinema Center (address provided in email) along with the return form.
  • All shipment boxes must be prepaid upon arriving our warehouse or else it will be refused.
  • You will be notified via email once your return/exchange has been received and a credit or exchange has been processed.
  • Please note that your exchange item may be out of stock by the time your return is received.
  • You can enter in multiple style #s on the return/exchange form and note in comments which is your 1st, 2nd, 3rd choices.

What about defective merchandise (not a result of shipping damage)?
All defective merchandise claims must be placed within 48 hours of your receiving the merchandise. If the product requires assembly and that assembly has been attempted, it will not be covered. Any defects or imperfections are not reasons for returning merchandise, and consequently are held to the same guidelines as listed above.  There will be no charge for replacement parts sent to you. In the event the manufacturer determines (at their sole discretion) that the problem will not be resolved by sending replacement parts, replacement merchandise will be sent to you for no additional charge.

Policy and Procedures:

  • Fully inspect your merchandise within 48hrs.
  • If a problem is found, you must take a picture of the noted problem and send a complete description of problem to . We will not be able to process your request without this.
  • We will respond to you within 48hrs via email, that your claim has been received and is in process.
  • This claim will be sent to the manufacturer to determine the best way to remedy the issue you are having.
  • Replacement parts or complete replacement merchandise will be sent to you normally with 10 business days once you have started the process.

Exclusions:  The following manufacturers have a strict no return policy:  Panasonic, Sony, Riveside, Aspen Home, Homey Design, Paragon, Harmony, & HillsDale
