Delivery confirmation
  Tracking numbers are sent through an automated e-mail system. This will allow you to track your furniture to your door. For large items that ship via a freight carrier, you will receive a phone call from the carrier to arrange delivery details.  We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date.  Please view your shipping confirmation email, for the number to call which will including any tracking numbers.

How is my Furniture Delivered
  We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience.

Small Parcel
- Whenever possible we will ship smaller, lighter items via UPS, FEDEX, DHL or USPS. These companies provide the fastest and most reliable method of shipping available for many items we sell. Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 1 and 6 business days (1 to 10 business days for USPS) after it leaves the warehouse.
We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

Furniture Shipments (Standard Delivery) - Furniture orders are shipped standard with threshold plus delivery on semi trucks. The shipping company will unload your furniture from the truck and place as close to your house as possible or within your garage. All orders will ship with free lift gate service. You should plan on having assistance to move your furniture into your house.  You may request inside delivery for an additional fee by calling 877-327-0056 and placing your order with our sales staff.    Truck Freight also differs from Small Parcel in that, for residential deliveries, you will be contacted by the shipping carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. In all cases you will need to be present to accept your order.  Most companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.  In most areas of the country your order will take 5-7 business days to be delivered.  We work with many shipping companies, non of which are affiliated with Home Cinema Center.  There are occasionally delays in shipping your order due to weather, shipper scheduling issues, delivering to remote areas, etc.  Home Cinema Center is not responsible for these delays.

White Glove Delivery (available in most areas) - For an additional fee, the order is delivered within your home, with light assembly (if required), and boxes disposed of.  This is our white gloves service, and now available in most areas of the US. Call 877-327-0056 for additional information.  Saturday, Sunday, and holiday delivery is also available for an additional fee with either our curb side delivery or inside delivery service.  Orders shipped with this service typically take 7-10 business days to be delivered.

Please Read - ** The most important thing to remember about any furniture delivery is that you must inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. Signing the delivery slip indicates you have received your entire order, and it has been delivered to you in good condition.  This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.  Please see the next section "What if my item arrives damaged", for additional information. **
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. All products are shipped standard with curb side delivery.

For our furniture customers: In most areas we offer special delivery options.  For an additional fee, the order is delivered within your home, assembled (if required), and boxes disposed of.  This is our white gloves service, and only available by calling 877-327-0056 for additional information.
What if my item arrives damaged
  DO NOT REFUSE THE SHIPMENT!

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience. Unfortunately sometimes items arrive damaged. Please follow the steps below to ensure a speedy resolution.

  1. Be sure to inspect your package and if damaged its contents prior to signing for the delivery. Products with glassware should be completely inspected prior to signing delivery slip. If a package arrives that appears to be even slightly damaged (wrinkles in box, holes, indentations, missing pieces or even tears) note as " PRODUCT DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt. Note: By signing the delivery receipt you are indicating that you have received all products and that they have been received in good condition. Without noting damage we will assist you with processing a claim but will not guarantee any replacement product.  Only once claim has been reviewed and accepted will we order replacement. If you are unable to inspect you will need to write "box damaged" before signing.
  2. Please accept all furniture and do not refuse any portion of the shipment.  This greatly expedites the resolution of the claims process.  With nearly all claim issues: parts can be ordered or simple repairs can be made on site by our network of experienced furniture technicians.  Refused shipments are subject to our standard Return Policy.
  3. If the package should appear to be significantly damaged, accept the delivery and call us immediately so we can give you further instructions and expedite delivery of a replacement product. (All damaged product claims must be placed with in 48 hours of receiving the product Home Cinema Center will not be responsible for damaged product after the 48 hour window. If not reported within this amount of time we may not be able to assist you with the problem. You will be asked to provide photo's of the damaged items and to hold on to items until claim has been completed. We will do our best to assist you and expedite your replacement product but must be notified immediately to be able to do this.).
  4. You will be asked to provide photo's of the damaged items and boxes ( we cannot order your replacement until your pictures have been received. photos must be larger than 800x600 pixels) these photos are sent to the manufacturer for proof of damage and to determine if it can be repaired or replaced. In addition to this, a detailed description of the damage/defect, and signed copy of your delivery receipt must be included to start a claim.  All photos and emails should be sent to service@homecinemacenter.com
  5. Hold on to items and packing material until claim has been completed most of the time the freight company will pick up. Or you may be asked to donate it and send in the receipt. 
  6. Once you have sent in all required information, please allow up to 5 business days for a response from our service department. 
NOTE: If the packing materials are damaged in any way, when the customer signs the freight delivery bill he/she MUST write "Damaged" on the delivery bill or Home Cinema Center will NOT be responsible for return or replacement of the product(s). In the instance there is a claim or replacement needed, the customer MUST provide the original packaging materials to support the claim. (Do not throw them away!)

After the 48hr window has passed you will need to file a freight claim with the shipping company. We will be able to assist you with information about the shipping company and carrier so that you can file the claim.
