Construction:

Omega reclining mechanism, with "Limited Lifetime Warranty" the smoothest, quietest reclining mechanism is precision manufactured for years of operation.
100% steel seat box, the strongest seat box ever manufactured. No warping or splitting in this critical area!
Direct drive cross bar, ensures that both sides of the mechanism operate together, in sequence for longer life.
Unitized steel base, the strongest most durable rocker base in the recliner industry. Resists bending or wear.
Spring system, Heavy 8-gauge sinuous steel springs in the seat provide strength, comfort and flexibility. Springs are inserted into the steel seat box with computer-positioned steel clips. No wood to warp or split.
Only premium grade, eight gauge sinuous No-Sag steel wire, seat springs are used to provide superior support and comfort in the seating system.

I purchased this chair for my dad just based on reviews! He LOVES it. It has really changed his life. The cushion makes his backside more comfortable and the slightly raised seat location helps in that he is not pulling himself up so much when getting up. It is now more of a natural motion to a standing position. His lower recliner was really hard on his knees and for a long time, I wondered if we'd need to hire part time help. Now he gets up and down with astounding ease. This is one purchase I am SOOO tickled about particularly sight unseen! What a buy! What a life-saver! The company changed the shipment location for me EN-ROUTE! I can't say enough good things! Beautiful color! Thank you! 11 STARS!

This is the best chaise you can get! Super comfortable and made with soft fabric. I love it! The operator was also very friendly when I was making the purchase and guided me the right way. Excellent service! I will definitely shop here again!

The first time I sat down in this recliner I was amazed at the softness of the material! Then I had to scoot back in it so I could recline in it and it glides so smoothly into whatever position you want.
I ordered sage color because I saw no other color options. It did not arrive in the sage color. Much to my surprise it came in a camel color which matches our leather sofa which was the color I wanted to get it in to begin with! Oh, one other thing. The picture of the itty-bitty woman in the sage chair must be photoshopped because although the chair is nice and big that picture makes it look huge. Look at the picture of the woman in the brown color of the same recliner to get a realistic size. I am a plus size and 5ft 6in tall and I can stretch out and my feet do not hang off of the end.

I really love this recliner and have been sleeping much better. I am very happy with my purchase. I will come back and update if I have any issues later on.
